Ketan brings deep expertise in debt syndication and structured finance, with a career built at the intersection of credit markets and business advisory. His ability to read a credit situation — and know exactly which lender will respond to it — is the core of Tigris’s debt practice.
He has been involved in transactions spanning working capital facilities, term lending, and real estate finance across a range of sectors including manufacturing, retail, and services. Ketan’s approach is simple: understand the business before designing the structure.

Chirag leads Tigris’s equity and structured products practice, bringing a sharp understanding of investor dynamics, valuation, and deal governance. His background spans equity fundraising, PE relationships, and complex capital structures across growth-stage and mid-corporate businesses.
